Why We Built This Site
Illinois access is decentralized. Jasper County's sheriff publishes custody and arrest material, while the Circuit Clerk keeps filed charges, dockets, orders, and dispositions. The Illinois State Police Bureau of Identification maintains the statewide criminal-history repository. Corrections and registry records use separate state systems. Bringing those distinct request steps, fees, and official contacts together reduces wrong-office requests without treating the records as interchangeable.
